Mommy and Me Exercise- Come learn exercise ideas for you and your baby to do at home, in this yoga based exercise class. Patricia will lead you through a breath centered yoga class that includes functional exercise to tone and stretch whole body. This mommy and me class will also combine pelvic floor exercises, address posture and strengthen core muscles of abdominals, back and pelvis. Babies can either sleep or be part of the exercise! Increase baby body awareness, learn baby ergonomics, and have fun exercising with your baby!
Please bring your yoga mat and props if you like (towel, yoga block). Also, have a couple of your child’s favorite toys, rattles especially. Please have your doctor’s permission to begin exercise.

Cost: $20/class for 4 week package, $25 drop in class
