Our signature class is Fit4Mom's Stroller Strides, a total body workouts which includes cardio intervals, strength training and body toning, with an emphasis on the muscle groups that change throughout pregnancy.  Stroller Strides is done with your little ones to allow mom to get a great workout without needing a babysitter.  Since a busy mom can never be sure when she will be able to get a workout in, we incorporate a range of exercises and emphasize all major muscle groups.

MamaFit for Life is a total body workout with cardio intervals, strength training and body toning. It is an 8 week/16 session program where both individual fitness and wellness goals are set at the beginning of the session and worked towards through the 8 weeks. Whether you had a child 6 weeks or 30 years ago, this is a class for you!
