eCommerce Manager, Salt Lake City

Description
Sprout San Francisco, an all natural and organic children's boutique, operates their online inventory out of Salt Lake City and is looking for someone efficient and detail-oriented to help with all aspects of our eCommerce operation. Help us make our customers smile!

Responsibilities
Position responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
Assist customers with questions and orders via phone and email.
Follow up with customers about online orders. 
Learn specific product knowledge pertaining to natural and organic products.
Packing, shipping, and sending online orders to customers. 
Unpacking and organizing incoming product. 
Inventory management. 
Gift wrapping, when requested.

Minimum Requirements 
Available 30-40 hours a week. 
Must be highly detailed-oriented. 
Ability to learn detailed product information. 
Ability to lift small to medium sizes boxes on a daily basis. 
Ability to work quickly and efficiently.
Ability to work independently and as a team. 
Ability to multi-task and adapt quickly.
Naturally inclined towards customer service.
